In Partnership with Bethel Church, Bristol

We are deeply grateful that Bethel Church Bristol has made us their charity of the year and during 2022 will be creating opportunities to give and support the work of rebuilding homes in Haiti following the earthquake on August 23rd 2021.  It was also a privilege to be with you for your Christmas service on December 19th 2021 where we were able to celebrate with you and share some of Compassion UK heart and opportunities. That evening we shared about Child development sponsorship programme where 4 children from Haiti were sponsored, serving them and seeing them released from poverty in Jesus name.

If you would like to know more about how you can sponsor please email paulw@compassionuk.org

In Haiti we have over 350 church partners serving 120,000 child beneficiaries because of churches like you standing and serving alongside us.

We collect a special donation every 5th Sunday for Compassion.  Please click here for details of how you can contribute.

ABOUT US

Compassion UK

Compassion is a leading Christian children’s charity. At our heart is a relentless passion we can act on our compassion and empower every child left vulnerable by poverty. Our approach to fighting poverty is highly focused and personal. Since 1952, we’ve been giving children the opportunity to escape the suffering and fear poverty brings through our one-to-one child sponsorship model.

We’re with you in believing every child matters and deserves to be safe, fed, educated and empowered.

We are Christ Centred, Child Focused and Church Based. Having over 8,000 field church partners serving 2.2 million children.  Nearly 385 million children are currently living in extreme poverty.

poverty has a face. It’s a girl forced to marry because her family can’t support her. A boy sent to work on the rubbish heap, rather than the classroom.

From the womb to early adulthood, we advocate for children, giving those born into the toughest of circumstances the opportunities they deserve.

Through our Child Survival Interventions, Child development sponsorship programme and Interventions were able to engage in God’s heart to serve the poor and most venerable.
